𝑪𝒆𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒌𝒊𝒎𝒆 𝒕𝒆̈ 𝑺𝒖𝒌𝒔𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒉𝒎𝒆 𝒅𝒉𝒆 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒋𝒏𝒊𝒎𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒇𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒆 𝒏𝒆̈ 𝑸𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒓𝒂𝒕 𝒆 𝑨𝒇𝒕𝒆̈𝒔𝒊𝒎𝒊𝒕 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒇𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍

Gjatë muajve Janar dhe Shkurt, dy kandidatë kanë përfunduar me sukses procesin e certifikimit
në Qendrën e Aftësimit Profesional në Prizren, dhe dy të tjerë në Qendrën e Aftësimit
Profesional në Pejë. E tërë kjo si rezultat i përkushtimit të tyre dhe mentorimit të vazhdueshëm
për orientim në karrierë të ofruar nga Nevo Koncepti në kuadër të projektit “Promovimi dhe
Realizimi i të Drejtave të Romëve në Kosovë dhe Shqipëri.”
Ndërkohë, 11 kandidatë të tjerë janë duke ndjekur trajnime profesionale në këto dy qendra dhe
pritet të certifikohen së shpejti.
Ky sukses tregon rëndësinë e mbështetjes profesionale dhe orientimit të strukturuar në
zhvillimin e aftësive dhe përgatitjen për tregun e punës.

Successful Certifications and Ongoing Professional Training at the Vocational Training Centers
During January and February, two candidates successfully completed the certification process
at the Vocational Training Center in Prizren, and two others at the Vocational Training Center in
Peja. This achievement is the result of their dedication and the continuous career guidance and
mentoring provided by Nevo Koncepti within the framework of the project “Promotion and
Realization of the Rights of Roma in Kosovo and Albania.”
Meanwhile, 11 more candidates are currently undergoing professional training at those centers
are expected to receive their certifications soon.
This success highlights the importance of professional support and structured career guidance
in developing skills and preparing for the labor market.
