Qรซllimi kryesor i kรซtij trajnimi ishte fuqizimi i tรซ rinjve me aftรซsi thelbรซsore qรซ u ndihmojnรซ tรซ navigojnรซ me sukses sfidat e pรซrditshmรซrisรซ dhe tรซ ardhmes sรซ tyre. Pรซrmes kรซtij programi, nxรซnรซsit u pajisรซn me:

Ky aktivitet รซshtรซ pjesรซ e projektit โFuqizimi i Komuniteteve tรซ Cenueshme tรซ Kosovรซs pรซrmes Qasjes mรซ tรซ Mirรซ dhe tรซ Barabartรซ nรซ Tregun e Punรซs โ ADAโ, i financuar nga Agjencia Austriake pรซr Zhvillim (ADA), mbรซshtetur nga Bashkรซpunimi Austriak pรซr Zhvillim dhe Save the Children, ndรซrsa implementohet nga OJQ โNevo Konceptiโ.
The NGO โNevo Konceptiโ has successfully completed the 32-hour โLife Skillsโ training program, which was also delivered at the School of Competencies in the Municipality of Prizren. The training was carried out with the active participation of students, who throughout the sessions had the opportunity to develop their knowledge and competencies in key areas essential for both personal and professional life.
The main objective of this training was to empower young people with essential skills that enable them to successfully navigate everyday challenges and their future. Through this program, students were equipped with a set of core abilities designed to strengthen their personal development and professional readiness.
The training also aimed to motivate young people to be proactive, take initiative, and engage constructively within their community.
Thanks to the excellent cooperation with the staff of the School of Competencies and the strong engagement of the students, the program was successfully implemented and is expected to have a lasting impact on their personal and professional growth.
This activity is part of the project โEmpowering Vulnerable Communities in Kosovo through Improved and Equal Access to the Labor Market โ ADAโ, funded by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA), supported by the Austrian Development Cooperation and Save the Children, and implemented by the NGO โNevo Konceptiโ.
