Qรซllimi kryesor i kรซtij trajnimi ishte fuqizimi i nxรซnรซsve me aftรซsi praktike dhe kompetenca jetรซsore, tรซ nevojshme pรซr njรซ tranzicion mรซ tรซ lehtรซ dhe tรซ sigurt drejt tregut tรซ punรซs.
Gjatรซ programit, pjesรซmarrรซsit fituan njohuri tรซ rรซndรซsishme dhe zhvilluan aftรซsi tรซ reja, duke u bรซrรซ mรซ tรซ pรซrgatitur pรซr proceset e aplikimit pรซr punรซ, zhvillimin e aftรซsive tรซ buta, komunikimin efektiv, vetรซkontrollin si dhe aftรซsitรซ e gjelbรซrta.

On December 2, 2025, the 32-hour training with the students of the Career Center โNexhmedin Nixhaโ in Gjakova was successfully completed.
The main objective of this training was to empower students with practical skills and life competencies necessary for an easier and safer transition into the labor market.
Throughout the program, participants gained valuable knowledge and developed new skills, making them better prepared for job application processes, soft skills development, effective communication, self-control, as well as green skills.
This activity is part of the project โEmpowering Vulnerable Communities in Kosovo through Better and Equal Access to the Labor Market โ ADAโ, funded by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA), supported by the Austrian Development Cooperation and Save the Children, and implemented by the NGO โNevo Koncepti.โ
