OJQ “Nevo Koncepti” ka organizuar një takim të tipit Face to Face mes nxënësve të shkollave të mesme profesionale dhe bizneseve lokale të komunës së Gjakovës, me synimin për të krijuar ura bashkëpunimi dhe për të lehtësuar mundësitë e praktikës dhe punësimit për të rinjtë.
Gjatë takimit, nxënësit paraqitën pyetje konkrete rreth veprimtarisë së bizneseve dhe mundësive të angazhimit të tyre në të ardhmen, duke krijuar një dialog të drejtpërdrejtë dhe konstruktiv me sektorin privat.
Në këtë aktivitet morën pjesë përfaqësues nga disa biznese lokale, përfshirë Agjencionin për Financim në Kosovë, hotelin “Qarshia e Jupave” dhe restorantin “Retro”, të gjithë të angazhuar për të ofruar informacione dhe perspektiva të qarta për nxënësit pjesëmarrës.
Ky aktivitet është pjesë e projektit “Fuqizimi i Komuniteteve të Cenueshme të Kosovës përmes Qasjes më të Mirë dhe të Barabartë në Tregun e Punës – ADA”, i financuar nga Agjencia Austriake për Zhvillim (ADA), mbështetur nga Bashkëpunimi Austriak për Zhvillim dhe Save the Children, ndërsa implementohet nga OJQ “Nevo Koncepti”.
The NGO “Nevo Koncepti” organized a Face-to-Face meeting between students of vocational high schools and local businesses, aiming to build bridges of cooperation and facilitate opportunities for internships and future employment for young people.
During the meeting, students raised concrete questions regarding the operations of the businesses and the possibilities for future engagement, creating a direct and constructive dialogue with the private sector.
Representatives from several local businesses participated in the event, including the Kosovo Finance Agency, the “Qarshia e Jupave” hotel, and the “Retro” restaurant, all of whom were engaged in providing clear information and perspectives to the participating students.
This activity is part of the project “Empowering Vulnerable Communities in Kosovo through Better and Equal Access to the Labor Market – ADA”, funded by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA), supported by the Austrian Development Cooperation and Save the Children, and implemented by the NGO “Nevo Koncepti.”
