𝑵𝒆𝒗𝒐 𝑲𝒐𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒑𝒕𝒊 𝒑𝒋𝒆𝒔𝒆̈ 𝒆 “𝑫𝒊𝒕𝒆̈𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒆̈ 𝑫𝒚𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒆̈ 𝑯𝒂𝒑𝒖𝒓𝒂” – 𝑴𝒃𝒆̈𝒔𝒉𝒕𝒆𝒕𝒋𝒆 𝒑𝒆̈𝒓 𝒕𝒆̈ 𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒉𝒎𝒆𝒏 𝒆 𝒕𝒆̈ 𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒋𝒗𝒆

OJQ “Nevo Koncepti”, në kuadër të projektit “Fuqizimi i Komuniteteve të Cenueshme të Kosovës përmes Qasjes më të Mirë dhe të Barabartë në Tregun e Punës – ADA”, më 11 mars 2026 realizoi një vizitë në Qendrën e Kompetencës “11 Marsi” në komunën e Prizrenit.

Kjo vizitë u zhvillua në kuadër të aktivitetit “Ditët e Dyerve të Hapura”, i organizuar nga qendra për tre ditë radhazi, ku morën pjesë edhe nxënës nga shkollat partnere të arsimit fillor të mesëm të ulët “Haziz Tola” dhe “Mati Logoreci”.

Gjatë këtij aktiviteti, nxënësit patën mundësinë të informohen nga afër mbi drejtimet profesionale që ofron Qendra e Kompetencës “11 Marsi”, si dhe të njihen me përfitimet dhe mundësitë që këto profile ofrojnë për zhvillimin e tyre profesional dhe integrimin në tregun e punës.

Qëllimi i këtij aktiviteti ishte promovimi i arsimit dhe aftësimit profesional tek të rinjtë, rritja e vetëdijes për mundësitë e barabarta në tregun e punës, si dhe inkurajimi i nxënësve për të ndjekur drejtime që përputhen me kërkesat e tregut dhe interesat e tyre personale.

Ky aktivitet realizohet në kuadër të projektit të financuar nga Agjencia Austriake për Zhvillim (ADA), me fonde nga Bashkëpunimi Austriak për Zhvillim dhe me mbështetje financiare nga Save the Children, ndërsa zbatohet nga OJQ “Nevo Koncepti”.

NGO “Nevo Koncepti”, within the framework of the project “Empowering Vulnerable Communities in Kosovo through Improved and Equal Access to the Labour Market – ADA”, conducted a visit on March 11, 2026, to the “11 Marsi” Competence Center in the Municipality of Prizren.

This visit took place as part of the “Open Days” activity, organized by the center over three consecutive days, with the participation of students from partner lower secondary schools “Haziz Tola” and “Mati Logoreci”.

During this activity, students had the opportunity to gain first-hand information about the vocational profiles offered by the “11 Marsi” Competence Center, as well as to learn about the benefits and opportunities these profiles provide for their professional development and integration into the labour market.

The purpose of this activity was to promote vocational education and training among young people, raise awareness about equal opportunities in the labour market, and encourage students to pursue career paths that align with market demands and their personal interests.

This activity is implemented within the framework of a project funded by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA), with funds from Austrian Development Cooperation and financial support from Save the Children, and is implemented by NGO “Nevo Koncepti”.
