𝑵𝒈𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒋𝒂 𝒆 𝒌𝒂𝒑𝒂𝒄𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒕𝒆𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒆̈ 𝒎𝒐𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒛𝒖𝒆𝒔𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒆̈ 𝒌𝒐𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒕 𝒏𝒆̈ 𝒇𝒖𝒔𝒉𝒆̈𝒏 𝒆 𝒆𝒅𝒖𝒌𝒊𝒎𝒊𝒕 𝒅𝒉𝒆 𝒑𝒖𝒏𝒆̈𝒔𝒖𝒆𝒔𝒉𝒎𝒆̈𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒆̈

OJQ Nevo Koncepti realizoi me sukses trajnime për ngritjen e kapaciteteve të mobilizuesve të
komunitetit në fushën e arsimit dhe punësueshmërisë, në kuadër të projektit “Promovimi dhe Realizimi i të Drejtave të Romëve në Kosovë dhe Shqipëri”.

Në trajnime morën pjesë 27 mobilizues nga 28 shkolla/lokacione të targetuara, të cilët patën mundësinë të zhvillojnë njohuritë dhe aftësitë e tyre për të punuar drejtpërdrejt me familje dhe individë nga komunitetet e margjinalizuara, si dhe për të bashkëpunuar më efektivisht me institucionet arsimore dhe të punësimit.

Fokusi i trajnimeve ishte në aftësimin e mobilizuesve të komunitetit për të ndikuar në mënyrë efektive
në rritjen e përfshirjes së prindërve në procesin arsimor, parandalimin e braktisjes së shkollës dhe
përmirësimin e suksesit të nxënësve, si dhe në lehtësimin e qasjes në shërbimet e punësimit dhe
aftësimit profesional.

Trajnimet u udhëhoqën nga ekspertë të fushës, përfshirë z. Petrit Tahiri nga Qendra për Arsim e Kosovës
(KEC) dhe Prof. Ass. Dr. Ylber Aliu.

Në kuadër të trajnimeve, pjesëmarrësit patën gjithashtu mundësinë të dëgjojnë dhe të mësojnë nga
përvojat e partnerëve të projektit, të cilët kontribuan si folës dhe ndanë praktikat e tyre në terren. Ndër
ta ishin Arben Shala, Koordinator i Projektit, dhe Gentian Sejrani, Drejtor i OJQ-së “Drejtësi Sociale” në
Shqipëri, të cilët sollën perspektiva të vlefshme dhe shembuj konkretë nga puna me komunitetet.
Ky projekt zbatohet nga konsorciumi i partnerëve: Fondacioni i Kosovës për Shoqëri të Hapur (KFOS),
Nevo Koncepti (NVK), dhe Drejtësi Sociale (DS), në partneritet me Karl Kübel Stiftung (KKS), dhe me
përkrahje financiare të Ministrisë Gjermane për Bashkëpunim dhe Zhvillim Ekonomik (BMZ) dhe
Fondacionit të Kosovës për Shoqëri të Hapur (KFOS).

Capacity Building of Community Mobilizers in the Fields of Education and Employability
OJQ Nevo Koncepti successfully implemented trainings aimed at strengthening the capacities of
community mobilizers in the fields of education and employability, within the framework of the project
“Promotion and Realization of the Rights of Roma in Kosovo and Albania”.
A total of 27 mobilizers from 28 targeted schools/locations participated in the trainings, where they had
the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and skills to work directly with families and individuals from marginalized communities, as well as to collaborate more effectively with educational and employment institutions.

The focus of the trainings was on equipping community mobilizers with the skills to effectively influenceincreased parental involvement in the education process, prevent school dropouts, improve students’ academic performance, and facilitate access to employment services and vocational training
opportunities.

The trainings were led by field experts, including Mr. Petrit Tahiri from the Kosovo Education Center
(KEC) and Prof. Ass. Dr. Ylber Aliu.

As part of the trainings, participants also had the opportunity to hear and learn from the experiences of
project partners, who contributed as speakers and shared their field practices. Among them were Arben
Shala, Project Coordinator, and Gentian Sejrani, Director of the NGO “Social Justice” in Albania, who
provided valuable perspectives and concrete examples from their work with communities.
This project is implemented by a consortium of partners: Kosovo Foundation for Open Society (KFOS),
Nevo Koncepti (NVK), and Social Justice (DS), in partnership with Karl Kübel Stiftung (KKS), with financial support from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the Kosovo Foundation for Open Society (KFOS).
