Within the framework of the project βEmpowering Vulnerable Communities in Kosovo through Improved and Equal Access to the Labour Market β ADAβ, NGO Nevo Koncepti organized a Face-to-Face meeting between students, vocational schools, and business representatives.
The aim of this activity was to create a bridge between education and the labour market, enabling direct and constructive communication between young people and the private sector. Through this meeting, students had the opportunity to gain closer insight into the real demands of the labour market, the required professional skills, as well as opportunities for internships and employment. On the other hand, businesses had the opportunity to present their needs for qualified workforce and contribute to better guiding young people toward their future career paths.
This activity aims to empower young people and increase their opportunities for easier integration into the labour market, while fostering sustainable cooperation between educational institutions and the private sector.
This activity is implemented within the project funded by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA), with funds from the Austrian Development Cooperation and with support from Save the Children, and implemented by NGO Nevo Koncepti.
