Në fillim të muajit nëntor, dy kandidatë kanë përfunduar me sukses procesin e certifikimit në Qendrën e Aftësimit Profesional në Prizren, si rezultat i angazhimit të tyre dhe mentorimit të vazhdueshëm për orientim në karrierë të ofruar nga “Nevo Koncepti” në kuadër të projektit “Promovimi dhe Realizimi i të Drejtave të Romëve, Ashkalinjve dhe Egjiptianëve në Kosovë dhe Shqipëri”.
Ky sukses reflekton rëndësinë e mbështetjes profesionale dhe orientimit të strukturuar në zhvillimin e aftësive dhe në përgatitjen për tregun e punës.
“Promovimi dhe Realizimi i të Drejtave të Romëve në Kosovë dhe Shqipëri” zbatohet nga konsorciumi i partnerëve: Fondacioni i Kosovës për Shoqëri të Hapur (KFOS), Nevo Koncepti (NVK), dhe Drejtësi Sociale (DS), në partneritet me Karl Kubel Stiftung (KKS), dhe me përkrahje financiare të Ministrisë Gjermane për Bashkëpunim dhe Zhvillim Ekonomik (BMZ) dhe Fondacionit të Kosovës për Shoqëri të Hapur (KFOS).

Successful Certification at the Vocational Training Center – Prizren
At the beginning of November, two candidates have successfully completed the certification process at the Vocational Training Center in Prizren, as a result of their dedication and the continuous career-orientation mentoring provided by “Nevo Koncepti” within the framework of the project “Promotion and Realization of the Rights of Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian Communities in Kosovo and Albania.”
This achievement reflects the importance of professional support and structured guidance in skills development and in preparing individuals for the labor market.
“Promotion and Realization of the Rights of Roma in Kosovo and Albania” is implemented by a consortium of partners: the Kosovo Foundation for Open Society (KFOS), Nevo Koncepti (NVK), and Social Justice (DS), in partnership with Karl Kübel Stiftung (KKS), and with financial support from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the Kosovo Foundation for Open Society (KFOS).
