profesional dhe mรซnyrรซn e pรซrgjigjes ndaj pyetjeve mรซ tรซ zakonshme tรซ intervistรซs. Pรซrmes
simulimeve praktike tรซ intervistave, ata patรซn mundรซsinรซ tรซ ushtrojnรซ aftรซsitรซ e fituara dhe tรซ
rrisin vetรซbesimin pรซr proceset e ardhshme tรซ punรซsimit.

dhe Zhvillim (BMZ) dhe Fondacionit tรซ Kosovรซ pรซr Shoqรซri tรซ Hapur (KFOS).

The cycle of workshops and meetings with 28 employability groups across seven
municipalities in Kosovo: Prishtina, Prizren, Peja, Gjakova, Ferizaj, South Mitrovica, and
Klina – has been successfully completed.
These activities were organized with the aim of empowering participants to integrate more easily
into the labour market by strengthening their knowledge and skills for active job seeking.
Throughout the workshops, around 400 participants were informed about the services provided
by the Employment Offices and Vocational Training Centres in their respective municipalities,
including employment mediation opportunities, vocational training programmes, and career
development support.
The workshop programme was delivered through a practical and interactive approach.
Participants received step-by-step guidance on how to prepare a professional CV, learning the
key elements that make it more competitive in today’s labour market. The final sessions focused
on job interview preparation, equipping participants with practical knowledge on effective

communication, professional self-presentation, and how to respond confidently to common
interview questions. Through mock interview exercises, participants had the opportunity to
practice their newly acquired skills and build confidence for future employment opportunities.
Through these activities, Nevo Koncepti aims to enhance the employability of citizens, facilitate
access to public employment services, and contribute to creating better opportunities for
sustainable integration into the labour market.
This project is implemented by a consortium of partners consisting of the Kosovo Foundation for
Open Society (KFOS), Nevo Koncepti (NVK), and Social Justice (DS), in partnership with Karl
Kรผbel Stiftung (KKS), with financial support from the German Federal Ministry for Economic
Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the Kosovo Foundation for Open Society (KFOS).
