𝑵𝒈𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒋𝒂 𝒆 𝒌𝒂𝒑𝒂𝒄𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒕𝒆𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒆̈ 𝒎𝒐𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒛𝒖𝒆𝒔𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒆̈ 𝒌𝒐𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒕 𝒏𝒆̈ 𝒇𝒖𝒔𝒉𝒆̈𝒏 𝒆 𝒔𝒉𝒆̈𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒕𝒆̈𝒔𝒊𝒔𝒆̈

OJQ Nevo Koncepti realizoi me sukses trajnimin dyditor për ngritjen e kapaciteteve të
mobilizuesve të komunitetit në fushën e shëndetësisë, në kuadër të projektit “Promovimi dhe
Realizimi i të Drejtave të Romëve në Kosovë dhe Shqipëri”.
Në trajnim morën pjesë 26 mobilizues nga 28 shkolla/lokacione të targetuara, të cilët patën
mundësinë të zhvillojnë njohuritë dhe aftësitë e tyre për të punuar drejtpërdrejt me familje dhe
individë nga komunitetet rom, ashkali dhe egjiptian, si dhe për të bashkëpunuar më efektivisht
me institucionet shëndetësore.
Fokusi i trajnimit ishte fuqizimi i mobilizuesve të komunitetit për të rritur ndërgjegjësimin e
komunitetit mbi rëndësinë e kujdesit shëndetësor parandalues, imunizimit dhe kontrolleve të
rregullta mjekësore, si dhe për të identifikuar dhe adresuar barrierat që pengojnë qasjen e
komuniteteve rom, ashkali dhe egjiptian në shërbimet shëndetësore. Trajnimi synoi gjithashtu të
forcojë rolin e mobilizuesve si urë lidhëse ndërmjet komunitetit dhe institucioneve shëndetësore.
Trajnimi u udhëhoq nga Prof. Ass. Dr. Valdet Hashani, i cili aktualisht ushtron detyrën e Drejtorit
të QKMF-së në Prishtinë.
Ky projekt zbatohet nga konsorciumi i partnerëve: Fondacioni i Kosovës për Shoqëri të Hapur
(KFOS), Nevo Koncepti (NVK) dhe Drejtësi Sociale (DS), në partneritet me Karl Kübel Stiftung
(KKS), dhe me përkrahje financiare të Ministrisë Gjermane për Bashkëpunim dhe Zhvillim
Ekonomik (BMZ) dhe Fondacionit të Kosovës për Shoqëri të Hapur (KFOS).

Capacity Building of Community Mobilizers in the Field of Health
Nevo Koncepti successfully conducted a two-day training aimed at strengthening the capacities
of community mobilizers in the field of health, within the framework of the project “Promotion
and Realization of the Rights of Roma in Kosovo and Albania.”
The training brought together 26 community mobilizers from 28 targeted schools/locations,
providing them with the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and skills in working directly
with Roma, Ashkali, and Egyptian families and individuals, as well as to strengthen their
cooperation with healthcare institutions.
The training focused on empowering community mobilizers to raise awareness within their
communities about the importance of preventive healthcare, immunization, and regular medical
check-ups, as well as to identify and address barriers that hinder Roma, Ashkali, and Egyptian
communities’ access to healthcare services. The training also aimed to strengthen the role of
community mobilizers as a bridge between communities and healthcare institutions.

The training was delivered by Prof. Ass. Dr. Valdet Hashani, who currently serves as the Director
of the Main Family Medicine Center (MFMC) in Prishtina.
This project is implemented by a consortium of partners consisting of the Kosovo Foundation for
Open Society (KFOS), Nevo Koncepti (NVK), and Social Justice (DS), in partnership with Karl
Kübel Stiftung (KKS), and with financial support from the German Federal Ministry for
Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the Kosovo Foundation for Open Society
(KFOS).
